Early members are part of the Founding Phase of Communa.Tech.

By joining during this phase, members acknowledge that:

the project is under development
structures, services, and experiences may evolve over time
participation contributes to the consolidation of the model

5. LOCATION FLEXIBILITY

The initial location presented is indicative only.

Communa.Tech may be implemented in different locations within the proposed region, based on:

technical feasibility
environmental conditions
operational strategy

No specific property is contractually guaranteed.

6. MEMBERSHIP AND LICENSE

Membership grants a personal, non-transferable, conditional license to access Communa.Tech services.

This license:

does not represent ownership
is subject to availability and operational conditions
may be adjusted as the platform evolves

7. AVAILABILITY AND ACCESS

Access to spaces and services depends on:

capacity limits
scheduling systems
operational rules

Communa.Tech does not guarantee unlimited or unrestricted access at all times.

8. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Consequences

In cases of removal due to misconduct, access rights may be terminated without refund obligations.

10. NO INVESTMENT CHARACTER

Membership in Communa.Tech:

does not generate financial returns
does not represent an investment contract
does not provide participation in assets or profits

11. PROJECT EVOLUTION

Communa.Tech is a continuously evolving project.

We reserve the right to:

modify services
adjust structures
expand or adapt capacity
improve the overall experience

12. OPERATIONAL CONTINUITY

The continuation of Communa.Tech depends on:

financial sustainability
legal and environmental conditions

In case of permanent operational impossibility, Communa.Tech may discontinue its activities, adopting proportional compensatory measures where applicable.
