Do I need to live at Communa.Tech full time?
No. Communa.Tech is not based on the idea that every member must live there permanently. The experience is flexible and designed for circulation, temporary stays, selected periods, and access to future communities within the network.
Can I live in the community year-round?
Yes, through the route-based model. Anyone who has purchased or earned 4 quarterly passes becomes eligible to stay and travel year-round across iRoute88, making it possible to create a complete annual experience — including lifetime access and the continuous enjoyment of the benefits of living, working, and enjoying life in our communities. In some cases, exchanges with members from other communities may also be possible, according to the rules and fit criteria of each community.
What is included in the member experience?
The member experience is built around access to an integrated environment that may include accommodation, workspaces, leisure areas, shared community spaces, events, and priority access to future Communa.Tech opportunities. Specific structures may vary by community and implementation stage.
What is the difference between securing my spot and getting in line?
Securing your spot means guaranteeing direct access through the lifetime plan. Getting in line means reserving your place in the future pipeline of the community through a smaller monthly commitment, with part of that accumulated value being applied toward the lifetime entry plan.
Is the monthly plan a membership or just a reservation?
The monthly plan is primarily a reservation pathway. It places you in the queue for future access and helps you move toward the lifetime plan, rather than functioning as the final full-access format itself.
Can I use my membership in future Communa.Tech communities?
